This sweet dressing is great on arugula with rotisserie chicken. Another fun way to use it is to drizzle over fish tacos with blood orange salsa. Sweet Chia & Celery Seed Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil or high-oleic safflower oil (The Oil Barn)
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- several grinds of fresh black pepper

Whisk all ingredients together and serve with arugula and orange, grapefruit, or blood orange segments for a great accompaniment to grilled fish or fish tacos.
