What’s for dinner? White fish on the grill with this blood orange salsa from the February issue of Eating Well (“Fish Tostadas with Blood Orange Salsa”). Because orange and white fish are really good together!
Blood Orange Salsa
adapted from Eating Well, February 2020
- 4-6 blood oranges knife peeled and supremed, or cut
- cilantro leaves
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
Mix together and serve with grilled white fish, soft taco tortillas or crispy corn tostadas, and guacamole. Also great: arugula salad with Sweet Chia & Celery Seed Dressing (also from the February 2020 issue of Eating Well).
