Recipe: Sourdough Potato Pull-Apart Rolls Spring 2025

These rolls are so tender and delicious you almost won’t believe they’re sourdough. I baked and baked to get the recipe just right, stashing some rolls in the freezer because we couldn’t eat any more back in January, pre-Spring issue. Both “kids” were home for dinner last week (June) and I warmed up a foil-wrapped round and they tasted great!  Recipe adapted from “Potato Buns” in The Perfect Loaf by Maurizio Leo.
