“Pulled pork is one of my favorite dinners because it requires very minimal hands-on time for a big payoff. The fact that it appeals to both my near-vegetarian daughter and mostly carnivore son is a bonus. Serve with coleslaw, pickled onions, and a roll with a softer crust, like ciabatta.”
