“Galettes are really the easiest of all fruit pies. The hardest part is making the dough, but it only takes about 10 minutes and then you have enough for not one, but three galettes! Wrap up the extra dough rounds in parchment or wax paper and keep frozen in a freezer bag. They defrost overnight in the refrigerator.”
