Think About Food Less and Enjoy it More

“Think about food less and enjoy it more” has been a motto of mine since I launched RIPE twelve years ago; it’s front and center on the home page if you click through the sliders: Cook at Home, Think About Food Less (+ enjoy it more), and Browse the Recipe Collection. Sounds great, right? But how? That’s the story that I’ve been crafting into a book and that I’ve begun to explore in essays on my Substack, About Love & Cookies. I write from my heart with the hope it helps you listen to yours.

Every Monday I post an essay on some aspect of food relationship, something that is on my heart and shares part of my personal story of transformation from compulsive dieting and high anxiety to joyful healthy eating.
