“I like to keep a few packages of Amaltheia ground pork in my freezer. If I’m ever at a complete loss at what to cook for dinner, I can set a frozen package in a bowl of water and it is very quickly thawed and I’m on my way. I usually keep salad greens and an assortment of herbs around, for the same reason—versatile building blocks.”
