makes 24 cookies using a 2T scoop
Cream butter, sugars, and salt. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Add to butter-sugar-egg mixture and mix to combine. Add chocolate chips and mix to combine.
Preheat oven to 375° F. Using a 2-tablespoon scoop, portion dough onto Silpat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet pan, 8 to a pan. Bake for 9 minutes until tops are just starting to brown. Remove from oven and let stand for a couple minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
